If you can log in, and you are not receiving communications, be sure to check that you have allowed that emails can be sent to you. Check under Profile, and then look at the Privacy options. You want "Yes, I wan to receive these emails" to be selected.
If you do not have a login ID, it is likely that your spouse did not add you or neglected to set your email address. They should log into their account, then look at "Additional Members in Your Account" under the profile. If a Spouse/Partner is not defined, then click "Add" to add one. If there is a Spouse/Partner, be sure to click "Edit" for that individual and ensure that a correct email address has been entered.
